In this group project for the IDEC competition, we were asked to create a mobile exhibit that would educate the public about the importance of interior design. My group decided to narrow it down to how interior design affects people in the workplace. We did research on sustainable office design, office culture, and office layouts as well as information about the three different learning styles (auditory, kinesthetic, and visual). We designed our space to include available information on each of these three learning styles to cater to every visitor. The exhibit is fictionally sponsored by ASID and has a home base of Phoenix, Arizona (the least sustainable city in the U.S.).
